CAPAZ call for papers: good practices and research ethics in the Colombian conflict

“How to do research fieldwork in the context of the Colombian armed conflict”

The CAPAZ office in Bogotá calls on researchers in the social sciences to prepare a working paper on good practices and research ethics in the context of the Colombian conflict to serve as a tool for empirical research that respects ethical principles in the social sciences in contexts of conflict and violence. It should include the specific challenges of international research, as well as a reflection on the challenges in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Interested researchers should send their application (in a single .pdf document), including their CV and a short conceptual proposal on how they plan to prepare the paper (maximum 1-2 pages).
