Different resources, different conflicts? A discussion on the book edited by Angelika Rettberg
Angelika Rettberg, professor and researcher at CAPAZ founding member Universidad de los Andes, together with Ralf J. Leiterlitz, Carlo Nasl and Juan Diego Prieto, edited the book entitled: “Different resources, different conflicts. The Subnational Political Economy of Armed Conflict and Crime in Colombia”, on the relationship between legal remedies, conflict and criminality in Colombia. The book contains chapters on oil, coffee, coal, emeralds, flowers, ferronickel, bananas and gold.
