CAPAZ Working Paper (4-2020). Restorative justice in transitional justice: a general reflexion for the Colombian case

Abstract:

This working paper is  intended to help explain the contemporary concept of restorative justice and the role it can play in transitional justice, an analysis that approaches the Comprehensive System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition (SIVJRNR) agreed in point five of the Havana Final Agreement. The paper addresses researchers, the system’s operators, people working in the field of transitional justice, officials of non-governmental organisations, human rights defenders, and the general public.
