The CAPAZ-supported Nodo Alemania has organized a participatory workshop in which memories, facts, and feelings can be shared through artistic expression.
“The Shape of My Memory” is a collective creative theatre workshop, intended to build collective memory through an “experiential learning and collective creation” methodology. It enables participants to break silences and make visible the realities and life stories of victims, witnesses or experts in the Colombian armed conflict who are currently living in Germany.
Rosmery Schoenborn will lead the sessions, aiming to help participants to recognise life stories through the sensitivity that only art can transmit, listening to our voices, connecting individuals with themselves and their bodies. Through theatrical games, writing, and collective communication, participants will find a way to express their truth, their memory, and to give it form.
Place: Kapelle Mengepark
