CAPAZ Director to participate in round table on political education, democracy and peace
The Nicanor Restrepo Santamaría Think Tank at Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Bogotá is holding an online roundtable on political education, democracy and peace on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. (Colombian time).
The session will be open to the public and will be broadcast live on the Cátedras Nacionales – UNAL Youtube channel.
One of the guest experts is CAPAZ Academic Director and Professor at Justus Liebig University Giessen, Prof. Dr. Stefan Peters, who will be joined on the panel by María Margarita Zuleta (Universidad de los Andes); Darío A. Fajardo (Universidad Externado de Colombia), and Lisímaco Parra (Universidad Nacional de Colombia/Nicanor Restrepo Santamaría Think Tank) as moderator.
The event is part of the academic agenda of the National Inter-site Chair “Plural meanings of peace: history, education and differential approach”, coordinated by the Department of History, the Plurarizar la Paz Think Tank, the Nicanor Restrepo Santamaría Think Tank, the Amazonas Think Tank, all attached to Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and the CAPAZ Institute.
