CAPAZ Academic Director invited to Cátedra Europa 2020
CAPAZ associate member Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, calls on interested parties to join Cátedra Europa 2020, a longstanding event that this year, in its 23rd version, will be held online.
Cátedra Europa 2020 will run from October 13 to 23, 2020, and will include an itinerary of learning, dialogue, and exchange activities in the academic and cultural fields. On this occasion, the guest country is Spain.
The thematic areas of the event include business, politics and society, health, science and technology, education, sustainable cities, sport, and culture.
As part of the debate on politics and society, a special event will be held on Wednesday October 14, 2020, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. (Colombia time), entitled “European cooperation towards peace in Colombia”. The CAPAZ Academic Director Prof. Dr. Stefan Peters will talk about German cooperation for peace in Colombia.
Other participants include Marco Missaglia (Università di Pavia); Maria Paula Prada (Colombian Truth Commission); Carlo Tassara (Università Sapienza); Lucas de Paoli (Italian Embassy in Colombia); and Jairo Agudelo (Universidad de Norte), who will moderate the discussion.
